RayDyLyo® caps with integrated rubber stoppers (serum / lyo) are the new standard for closing injection vials. This push-fit cap developed by ARaymondlife is an innovative alternative to the conventional aluminum cap and is compliant with GMP Annex I. RayDyLyo® is intended for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, among others, and is suitable for manual use in clinical batch production as well as for filling in isolators and series production on filling lines.
RayDyLyo® caps are available in diameters of 13 mm and 20 mm and are supplied in sterile (RTU) or sterilizable (RTS) packaging. Two versions will be available: CTO (Central Tear-Off) for injectable products and in the future TTO (Total Tear-Off) for mixing and reconstituting products. Suitable vial adapters in 13 mm and 20 mm are also available.
