adaptiQ® sterile ready-to-use vials

trueSCHOTT adaptiQ® vials are high-quality, pyrogen-free, sterile, ready-to-use (RTU) injection vials for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries to reduce time-to-market and increase flexibility. The adaptiQ® RTU vials were developed for highly sensitive biological drugs or small and medium batch sizes, for example in oncology, among other applications. The adaptiQ® RTU injection vial portfolio is part of SCHOTT iQ® - the global RTU standard.

The vials are supplied in an EtO-sterilized tube and nest or tray packaging configuration that complies with the relevant ISO standards 11040-7, 21881:2019 and 21882:2019. The design of adaptiQ® vials ensures that there is no glass-to-glass contact during transportation, storage, and throughout the filling and finishing process, reducing the risk of glass breakage while maintaining high quality. The adaptiQ® portfolio aims to improve patient safety while reducing total cost of ownership.

SCHOTT adaptiQ® vials have been developed in collaboration with leading machine suppliers and can be processed on a variety of existing and new filling lines. This allows the vials to remain in the nest during most process steps, including freeze-drying.

SCHOTT adaptiQ® vials are available in Fiolax® clear or brown (NBB, EBB) in Clip Nest, Cup Nest or Tray.
