trueSCHOTT adaptiQ® is a platform for high-quality, pre-sterilized injection vials made of borosilicate glass, developed for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The ready-to-use vials offer maximum process safety, reduce complexity in filling and support a fast time-to-market - especially for sensitive biologics and small to medium batch sizes.

 

SCHOTT adaptiQ® vials are available in Fiolax® clear or amber and also as EVERIC® pure | care | plus | lyo | freeze | strong & smooth version in Cup Nest or Tray.

  • The vials are supplied pre-sterilized in Nest & Tub or Tray packaging, in accordance with ISO 11040-7 and ISO 21882.

  • The design prevents glass-to-glass contact during transportation, storage and processing - reducing the risk of breakage, particle formation and contamination.

  • Designed for the highest regulatory requirements and consistent product quality.

  • The vials can be processed in existing and new filling lines without adapting the machine infrastructure.

  • Many process steps, including freeze-drying, take place directly in the nest - minimizing manual handling and increasing efficiency.

  • adaptiQ® is compatible with a wide range of SCHOTT vial types (e.g. EVERIC® or standard vials) - for maximum flexibility when changing formats or linear scaling.
