EVERIC® vials are also available in sterile and ready-to-use SCHOTT adaptiQ® RTU version.

The special glass FIOLAX® CHR (Controlled Hydrolytic Resistance) is used for EVERIC® pure and EVERIC® care. This glass has a higher chemical resistance to leaching than standard type I glass - without changing the glass composition.

EVERIC® freeze and EVERIC® strong & smooth are based on FIOLAX® OS (Optimized Strength), which additionally offers improved mechanical robustness - ideal for loads in deep-freeze or bulk processes.

EVERIC® plus has an internal silica barrier coating (using PICVD technology) that minimizes leaching in neutral and acidic pH ranges while reducing protein adsorption.

EVERIC® lyo has a hydrophobic inner surface - also created via PICVD - which prevents fogging during freeze-drying and optimizes residual drainage after reconstitution, without the use of free silicone.

All SCHOTT EVERIC® vials are manufactured on a specially developed production line designed to minimize the risk of delamination.

A patented manufacturing technology ensures particularly homogeneous wall thicknesses, even in the critical area of the vial bottom (heel zone).

Production takes place under strictly controlled conditions to ensure consistency and quality across all batches.
